The quiet one, down a narrow valley road just south of Praia Grande inside the Sintra-Cascais natural park. A beach-and-reef break with a consistent lefthander and an a-frame when the banks line up, usually with a fraction of Praia Grande's crowd. Best around mid tide on a rising push, on a WNW swell with a southeast wind holding it open.
