About this camp
This is the serious-coaching option on the Salvadoran coast: three tiered programmes capped at four surfers per group, with daily theory, filmed water sessions, video review and dryland drills. It suits people who want measurable technique change in a week and will pay for it. Lodging ranges from a mixed six-bunk dorm up to private king rooms, in a hotel with a pool and ocean views about 45 minutes from San Salvador airport. The honest downsides are the price, which is in a different league from everything else in El Salvador, and the location: El Zonte is a 20-minute drive from El Tunco's nightlife, so it is quiet at night.
