About this camp
This is the pick if you want a proper surf-house rhythm — surf, eat, nap, surf — without a party hostel. Lessons are graded group, semi-private or private, and reviewers consistently rate the instructors as the strongest part of the place; they will build a personalised package rather than force a fixed schedule. Rooms are simple, with fans and mosquito nets, plus a big shared kitchen, on-site yoga and massage. The honest downside is that the rooms are deliberately open to the elements — great airflow, but bugs, noise and no air conditioning, so light sleepers should look elsewhere.
