About this camp
The original of three camps run by a Weligama-born surfer, sitting on the beach with nine or ten surf spots inside a five-to-ten-minute tuk-tuk. Weeks bundle seven nights, daily breakfast, dinner every night except Sunday, six to eleven surf lessons depending on tier, surf theory, video analysis, yoga and a daily social programme including boat and pool parties. It holds six consecutive TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice awards. It suits sociable solo travellers and beginners who want a busy, event-driven camp. Honest trade-off: this is explicitly the party-leaning property of the three — if you want quiet, the same owner's Soul Surfer house is the better fit.
