Request to claim your camp
Owner accounts aren't live yet — this puts you first in line. Tell us which camp is yours and we'll reach out to verify ownership the moment the dashboard opens.
How verification works
- Find your camp on Scout. If we don't have you listed yet, request a listing.
- Click Claim this listing and sign up as a Camp Owner.
- Choose a verification method:
- Email at your camp's registered domain (fastest, auto-verified)
- Phone code to the public phone number on your existing listing
- Document upload (business registration or equivalent) — manual review
- A moderator approves within 48 hours.
- You get the owner dashboard.
What you can — and can't — do
You can
- Edit photos, amenities, prices, descriptions
- Respond once per review, publicly
- Promote up to 2 active special offers
- View click-through and conversion KPIs
You can't
- Edit or delete user reviews
- Pay to suppress negative reviews
- Pay to change your editorial ranking
- Hide audit-log edits from our moderators
