About this camp
The one verified surf-and-stay camp on the Ceará coast: a Swiss-run operation in the fishing village of Taíba, about 70 km northwest of Fortaleza. The core product is a 7-night package — breakfast plus four dinners, ten hours of coaching (two hours a day, Monday to Friday, groups capped at four), equipment during lessons, surf theory, transfers to whichever spot suits the day, and two yoga classes on a deck in the trees. Teaching happens at Taibinha's forgiving beach break, with Pesqueira and the point at Morro do Chapéu for more advanced guests. Honest caveats: prices are published in Swiss francs (from CHF 789 per person in a triple), July–December is Ceará's wind season — kitesurfers dominate then and surf is at its best roughly December to May — and the site's blog has been dormant for years even though booking is live and current.
