Stoke's San Sebastián house (actually in the Aia/Pagoeta hills near Zarautz) is the area's most clearly-priced option — a full package with meals, daily guided surf, board, wetsuit and yoga. Unapologetically social and beginner-leaning, 18+, with nightly events. Great for first-timers who want a built-in crowd; not the pick for serious intermediate progression.
