About this camp
A school rather than a camp: no beds, just instruction on Playa Los Cerritos, where it has been teaching since 2008. The default is private tuition — from $80 USD for one to four people — with small-group, multi-day blocks and guided surfari trips up and down the peninsula for people who want to move past Cerritos itself. It runs its own surf shop for rentals, and sells the non-surf side of Baja too: SUP and kayak tours, boat trips, off-road tours and whale watching in season. Honest caveats: there is no accommodation, so it is a school to pair with a stay rather than a week in one place; the published season is skewed to visitor traffic rather than swell — the school lists November to June as high season and July to October as slow — while the surf itself is best on the April-to-October south swell. Instructor ratio beyond "1 to 4 people" is not published.
