A hostel-plus-surf-school near Saquarema's famous Itaúna beach, with dorms, private rooms, chalets, camping and coliving/coworking. Lessons target first-timers and technique improvement rather than high-performance. Note it also runs kite, freediving and other add-ons, so surf isn't its sole focus — but it's an affordable, sociable base right by Brazil's surf capital.
