Operating on Somo beach since 1991, and the reason Cantabria has a surf economy at all. Prices are published in full: €120 for two days, €285 for five and €385 for seven, with day rates from €30 to €100 depending on what is included. The seven-day camp covers seven nights, two hours of lessons daily — fourteen hours in total — and board and wetsuit throughout; breakfast is €9 a day extra. An intensive version doubles instruction to four hours a day across morning and afternoon and includes breakfast and all-day equipment. Standard accommodation is a private tent at the Somo campsite with pool, restaurant, showers and laundry — bring a sleeping bag and mattress. The school also runs a separate Surf House in Somo for anyone who would rather have a room.
