About this camp
The first camp we carry on Bahia's north shore, and the most built-out surf-camp infrastructure in the Brazilian catalogue. It sits beachfront inside the gated Condomínio Busca Vida reserve on the BA-099, about 20 minutes from Salvador airport, and was founded more than two decades ago by former professional surfer and Bahia state champion Beto Dias. The week is coaching-led — daily sessions with personalised video analysis, surf theory and surfer-specific functional training, with the next day's plan set each evening off the forecast rather than a fixed timetable. Three chef-cooked meals a day are included, and the property carries a pool, gym, yoga space, skate bowl, private training lake, restaurant, bar, massage room and coworking space. Four room categories, assigned by category rather than by individual room. Busca Vida itself is an exposed reef break rather than a forgiving beach, and it is not consistent — autumn is the cleanest window, which is what the season here reflects. Honest caveats: the published price, from €230 per person, does not say what period it covers, so no weekly figure is recorded; the booking engine is live on the camp's own domain and is the place to confirm. Group sizes and instructor ratio are not published.
